Early Bird Registration
$75 until May 31, 2019
*To guarantee the Early Registration Fee, payment must be postmarked by May 31, 2019. Otherwise, the Regular Registration Fee will be applied to individual registrations.
Regular Registration
$100 until July 15, 2019
*To guarantee the RegularRegistration Fee, payment must be postmarked by July 15, 2019. Otherwise, the On-Site Registration Fee will be applied to individual registrations.
On-Site Registration
$125 from July 16, 2019 through end of conference

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Written cancellations emailed to Veronica Hunter at veronica.hunter@swiwc.org on or before July 19, 2019, by 5:00 pm (MDT), will be honored in full, less a $50.00 processing fee.
Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received after this date.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarship application deadline has passed. We are no longer accepting scholarship requests.
